This is powerful work!

This was the first retreat I’ve ever participated in with you. What a wonderful experience! I felt held and supported in an intimate setting with like-minded individuals. I don’t have this in my life, which often leaves me feeling lonely on this journey… my friends, family, and I speak very different languages. Having people to share this journey with is what my life is becoming and everything I want to step into full-time. So thank you for what you do!

During the weekend and today’s follow-up, I could literally almost feel my journey from separation to union/ wholeheartedness/embodiment of the Divine accelerating. This is powerful work!

During the retreat, there was a moment when all of a sudden my heart, which tends to feel totally numb, seemed to come online with a low hum and kind of excitement. Since then there have been a few moments when I actually feel gratitude when inhaling. I’m starting to feel like you look when you inhale, Ron. Yay!
