Our cancellation policy applies to all products, live events and one-on-one, partner or group sessions (via in person or by Skype, Zoom and phone) sold directly on our website and through Ron Damico LLC.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

You are free to use, transfer or gift the credits within one year from the date of original purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or customer credits. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please call and leave a phone message at 860-358-9272 and someone will confirm through telephone or email.

Cancellations require 2 business days, 48 hours notice (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). A shorter notice is subject to a full appointment fee.
